Maintenance Planner

Kaiser Aluminum is a world-class company known for its superior quality. We are seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to join our team in Chandler, Arizona, at our Alexco Plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure equipment is running efficiently, accurately, and safely to meet quality and production standards.
• Provide a safe work environment by implementing, repairing, or modifying necessary equipment, buildings, or grounds.
• Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize production.
• Document maintenance performed and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with production and management teams to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two (2) years of experience in industrial maintenance planning.
• Strong mechanical and electrical abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
