Core Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and implement innovative range system solutions that align with strategic goals
  • Perform system architecture engineering and comprehensive requirements analysis
  • Assist in the entire project life cycle processes
  • Refine system requirements with a focus on cutting-edge communication technologies
  • Offer insights on new requirements and market trends for advanced communication systems
  • Work collaboratively with developers and government stakeholders
  • Engage in technical discussions and evaluations
  • Coordinate with leadership to integrate technologies and mission planning
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies
  • Familiarity with Microwave Systems, VoIP technologies, and 5G networks
  • Experience with virtual networks and cloud-based infrastructure
  • Master's Degree in Systems Engineering or a related discipline
  • Engineering experience with Launch and Test Range Systems (LTRS) and IP Networks
  • Relevant cyber or project management certifications
  • Current DOD TS or TS/SCI security clearance
Essential Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 7 years of experience
  • Background in Project Management, Systems Engineering, or Information Technology
  • Expertise in the design, development, and testing of communication systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in system analysis
  • DOD Secret Security Clearance is mandatory
