Grand View Hospital is seeking a dedicated and personable Receptionist for our Radiology Department. This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
The Receptionist will undertake a variety of essential tasks, including:
- Managing patient arrivals and departures
- Responding to patient inquiries and phone calls
- Coordinating and scheduling patient appointments
- Updating patient insurance and billing information
- Performing point-of-service activities to enhance patient care across all age groups
