Our Company, Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, is seeking a skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our team in Reno, NV. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will provide counseling services to support individuals with physical, mental, cognitive, and emotional adjustment through recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess social, emotional, and support needs of patients and their families
Set measurable objectives in conjunction with the rehab team
Assist physicians and other health team members in understanding significant social and emotional factors related to patient health problems
Instruct and counsel patients and families in treating and coping with social and emotional responses connected with illnesses
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work (LCSW)
Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensure in the state of practice
Minimum of one year experience in a rehabilitation setting serving individuals with traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, or acute diagnosis
CPR certification required
Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical demands of the job
