Marking Platform Technician

We are seeking a skilled technician to join our team at Monode Marking Products. As a Marking Platform Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining hardware and software inventory for our marking platforms, performing preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory for marking platforms
• Perform preventive maintenance on marking platforms and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Complete government forms for preventive work performed
• Assist with packaging and shipping of broken components and/or marking platforms to Monode
• Coordinate with Local IT staff to resolve network, computer, and application issues
• Schedule and assist with application upgrades for TRIAD Software on marking platforms
• Provide training on TRIAD Marking Software to Monode staff
• Provide weekly activity reports to Monode PM
• Inspect and determine operational status of all marking platforms weekly
• Collect weekly marking totals by marking platform and provide in weekly activity report

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent, some college education preferred but not required. Preference will be given to veterans.

Preferred Skills:

Mechanical aptitude, excellent Microsoft Office 365 skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
