Salary and Benefits
We offer competitive salaries ranging from $350,000 to $400,000, annual performance bonuses, and regular salary increases that reflect your hard work and dedication. Additionally, our staff enjoys an extensive Paid Time Off package that includes 50-55 days of annual paid leave, including 26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays each year, and a potential 5-day paid absence dedicated to Continuing Medical Education (CME).

Job Description
This role involves providing direct patient care in outpatient clinic settings, inpatient units, cath lab, and operative care. Key responsibilities include maintaining professional competency, courtesy, and flexibility, as well as participating in program planning, objectives, policies, and standards essential to delivering quality care. Additional duties include managing patient workload within available staffing, documenting interventions and reviewing health team documentation, recognizing complex situations impacting patient care, and intervening using sound judgment and professional attitude.
Work-Life Balance
This position offers a healthy work-life balance, with a standard Monday-through-Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with rotating on-call duties. Located in Temple, Texas, our area boasts scenic parks, family-friendly neighborhoods, and a low cost of living.
