Compassionate House Calls Medical Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team in providing high-quality medical care to seniors and individuals with complex needs in the comfort of their own homes. As a House Calls Nurse Practitioner at Abode Care Partners, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients while enjoying a competitive compensation structure and flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing evidence-based medical care to patients in their homes or community settings
- Diagnosing and treating chronic and urgent illnesses, as well as minor injuries and accidents
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient medical records
Requirements:
- Active state Nurse Practitioners license
- Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification
- Active state DEA licensure
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
- At least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred
