Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to provide in-home care services to our clients in the Wilmington area. As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for providing client care according to the Plan of Care, assisting clients with personal care and hygiene, and performing light housekeeping and meal preparation tasks.
Responsibilities- Provide client care according to the Plan of Care
- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation tasks
- Follow infection control procedures
- Maintain client privacy and confidential client information
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, Home Health Aide (HHA) certification, or DE CNA program completion
- Open availability, able to work various shifts to include weekends
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Physical and 2 Step PPD
- Able to lift, position, and transfer patient
- Experience operating a Hoyer lift
