Cyber Technology Instructor

Savannah Technical College is seeking a highly qualified Cyber Technology Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students in the Cyber and Related Programs.

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of our students.
• Provide individualized instruction and support to students to ensure their success.
• Stay current with industry trends and developments in the field of Cyber Technology.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of our students and the industry.
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to students and colleagues.

• Master's degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Three years of full-time, paid, Cyber-related and/or Computer Information Systems work experience within the past seven years.
• Minimum of two years' experience training or teaching Information Technology, Computer Science, or closely related fields.
• Proven experience in maintaining lesson plans and course notebooks that reflect current curriculum.
• Experience in designing and implementing quality improvement programs.

• Experience teaching at the postsecondary level.
• Industry certification(s): MCSA, MCSE, CompTia A+, Network+, MOS, or Security+.
• Ability to cross over into the following areas: Networking, Programming, Web site design, and Web development.
