Nurse Triage Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Triage Specialist in our OB/GYN department. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, education, and phone triage services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient education and phone triage services to our patients
- Enter referrals and prior authorizations
- Room patients and perform RN visits, injections, staple removal, and wound checks
- Schedule surgeries and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- Current Illinois RN licensure required
- 2 years of strong clinical RN CMA/LPN experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and carry/push up to 20 lbs.
