Overview:

  • Manage customer inquiries and phone orders
  • Provide exceptional service to patrons
  • Adhere to safety protocols and standards
  • Maintain organization of coolers and supplies
  • Utilize scales and slicers efficiently
  • Ensure proper product rotation
  • Restock seafood displays
  • Sanitize utensils and equipment
  • Prepare meals using frying or steaming methods
  • Perform additional tasks as required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers within the seafood section
  • Stock and rotate inventory to ensure freshness
  • Operate scales and kitchen equipment accurately

Additional Duties:

  • Process customer orders
  • Construct product displays
  • Package seafood items for sale
  • Clean and sanitize the department and tools
  • Change oil in fryers as needed

Qualifications: A strong customer service orientation, excellent memory and coordination skills, reliability, ability to follow instructions, and a willingness to learn are essential.
