Role Summary:
The LPN in our practice is responsible for delivering both direct and indirect patient care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. This includes utilizing the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs.


Qualifications:

Educational Background: Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program.

Licensure: A valid Licensed Practical Nurse license is mandatory.

Certification: Current American Heart Association BLS certification is required.
