We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at DispatchHealth Management. As a key member of our clinical care team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with our DispatchHealth Medical Technicians (DHMTs) to deliver comprehensive health assessments and diagnose and treat complex illnesses.
- Provide therapeutic interventions, such as splinting, suturing, wound care, and minor procedures, as needed.
- Use critical thinking skills and evidence-based standards of practice to ensure accurate and thorough documentation of patient encounters.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Identify and proactively solve problems to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Minimum of two years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in acute care settings, such as Emergency Departments, Urgent Care, or Internal Medicine.
- Current unrestricted state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Nationally board certified, current.
- Current BLS required, ACLS certification preferred.
- Prescriptive authority and DEA.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
