About the Job

Aegis Therapies is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in an outpatient setting. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with residents in assisted living and independent living communities, providing therapy services to help them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to residents in outpatient settings
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify resident needs and goals
  • Document resident progress and outcomes
Requirements
  • Current license as Occupational Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice
  • Previous experience in outpatient therapy, preferred
