We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser to join our Dining Room Team at CS153030 - River Bend Golf & Country Club. As a Busser, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room, providing exceptional service to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • **Assist Servers in Dining Room Operations:**
  • Set and clean dining room tables before, during, and after meal service.
  • Assist food servers with miscellaneous tasks, such as serving water, carrying food trays, and removing soiled dishes.
  • **Maintain a Clean and Organized Dining Area:**
  • Clean dining room areas, including tables, chairs, and floors.
  • Stock servers' stations with supplies and maintain a fully stocked buffet.
  • **Support Dining Room Manager and Other Employees:**
  • Assist with banquet and buffet setup, and assist with cleaning up after meal service.
  • Polish silver service items and perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • **Education and Experience:**
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of one year work experience in a fine dining environment.
  • Food safety certification.
  • **Physical Demands and Work Environment:**
  • Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch, and twist or reach.
  • Push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Continuous repetitive motions.
  • Work in hot, humid, and noisy environment.
