  • Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Manage the facilities database, ensuring accurate documentation of facility records, equipment, and supplies.
  • Assist the Facilities Manager with facility-related components of the Business Continuity Plan.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

This position may be suitable for you if you meet the following requirements:

  • Ability to read and interpret facility operation-related documents (e.g., blueprints).
  • Strong troubleshooting and repair capabilities related to facilities.
  • Occasional ability to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends as necessary.
  • Must pass a criminal background check, credit check, and drug screening.
  • Possess a clean, valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to multiple locations.

We recognize that satisfied team members are essential to a successful organization and are pleased to offer:

Benefits:

  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, disability, life, and pet insurance options with substantial company sponsorship, including free 24/7 mental and behavioral telehealth services.
  • Two weeks of paid time off (increasing to three, four, and five weeks with additional years of service).
  • One week of sick leave (increasing to two weeks with additional years of service).
  • Eleven paid holidays, one personal floating holiday, and paid time off for community service.

  • A vibrant company culture where you are valued beyond just a number.
