Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Create and implement a Pickle Ball program that includes lessons, events, and tournaments for members of all skill levels.
  • Program Promotion: Promote the Pickle Ball program through various channels, including weekly membership eBlasts, racquet sports activity booklets, and digital signage.
  • Member Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive environment for members to enjoy Pickle Ball, ensuring that all participants feel welcome and supported.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with members, staff, and other departments to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Event Management: Coordinate and execute Pickle Ball events, including tournaments, lessons, and social events.
  • Equipment Management: Ensure that all Pickle Ball equipment is in good working condition and available for member use.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of program participation, attendance, and revenue.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of college preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of Pickle Ball instruction experience required; Pickle Ball teaching or professional certification a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills; strong organizational and leadership skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certifications: CPR certification/First Aid/AED certification required.
Working Conditions:

The ideal candidate will be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and be able to lift and move equipment as needed.
