ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Practical Nursing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to evaluate residents' needs, create personalized care plans, deliver nursing services, assess the effectiveness of care, and oversee nursing assistants and other staff in providing quality nursing care. This supervision must comply with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, as well as the standards set by the Director of Nursing Services or their designee, ensuring the highest quality of care is consistently delivered. You will adhere to all health, sanitation, and infection control protocols while maintaining the established standards of practice as outlined by our organization.

Qualifications:
  • Must hold a valid, unrestricted license to practice as an LPN in your state.
  • Current CPR certification is required.
  • Proficient in English with the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute verbal and written directives effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, and community staff.
  • Knowledge of proper safety and sanitation practices.
  • Availability to work scheduled hours as per the role's requirements.
  • Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace.
Experience:
  • Prior experience in long-term care is preferred but not mandatory.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
  • Opportunities for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions
  • Shifts Available: Full-Time 7a-3:30p, Part-Time 3p-11:30p
  • Hourly Wage: Up to $33.00
  • Bonuses (distributed quarterly):
    • $5,000 for Full-Time
    • $2,500 for Part-Time
