Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, providing assistance with daily activities and personal care.
  • Respond promptly to patient needs, assessing requirements and offering appropriate support.
  • Monitor and document vital signs, food intake, and urinary/fecal output.
  • Communicate effectively with medical professionals to gather information on patient conditions and treatment plans.
  • Assist patients with medication reminders and adhere to facility policies.

Requirements:
  • State certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
  • Current CPR certification (American Heart Association).
  • Graduation from a Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license.
  • COVID Vaccination/ Health Documents/ License/ Physical.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
