This position is situated within a specialized intensive care unit, renowned for its high level of care and expertise.
The facility is recognized as a leading provider of neonatal intensive care, catering to a diverse patient population from various regions.
Our unit is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, offering private rooms designed to ensure the comfort and privacy of our patients.
We are committed to delivering exceptional education in various critical care areas, including Cardiac, Respiratory, Surgical, Neurological, and specialized care for vulnerable newborns.
Our mission emphasizes prioritizing the safety and healing of our patients, fostering a culture of collaboration, clinical excellence, and psychological safety.
This role requires flexibility for rotating shifts, including both day and night schedules, with a self-scheduling system in place.
Position Details:
- Full-Time Opportunity

Qualifications:
- Current BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
- Experience in a Level IV NICU setting is preferred
As part of your responsibilities, you will be expected to:
- Engage in frequent interactions with patients, families, and healthcare providers, requiring clear communication and active listening skills.
- Demonstrate manual dexterity for operating complex medical equipment and performing documentation tasks.
- Assist in the physical transportation of patients and equipment, which may involve lifting and navigating busy environments.
