Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and inventory
  • Promote products to guests, using knowledge of our products and services to meet their needs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
