Compensation and Benefits
This full-time role is eligible for a $15,000 Sign-on bonus with an hourly wage ranging from $29 to $43.50. Additionally, you can earn up to an extra $8 towards your base rate through the Impact Rewards Program.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer safe and effective respiratory care as prescribed by physicians, monitor mechanical ventilation, deliver medications, conduct patient assessments, interpret hemodynamic monitoring, analyze blood work results, and provide education and training.
Qualifications
- Must meet the requirements for Registry as established by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
- Must be a Certified/Registered Respiratory Therapist by the NBRC and possess appropriate state licensure.
- Current BCLS and ACLS certifications are required and must be maintained throughout employment.
