Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers, including routine water testing and equipment inspection to identify problems and develop solutions.
- Work with customers to understand their unique business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with the Engineered Systems Division on sales of major systems, such as wastewater treatment, recycle, and reuse, and cooling towers.
- Establish and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in current and prospective customers.
- Deliver treatment chemicals to customers as required and maintain appropriate chemical inventory at customer sites.
- A degree in science or engineering is preferred, but not required.
- Experience in sales is welcome, but not required.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented personality with excellent time management skills.
- Commitment to excellent customer service and strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
As a Water Treatment Specialist with ProChemTech International, you will enjoy a competitive compensation package, including a reimbursement range of $20 to $35 per hour dependent upon skill level, plus a 10% commission on profit for new sales made. Additional benefits include two weeks paid vacation, nationally recognized holidays, fully paid family medical coverage, a matching 401 K, and a company car or truck.
Reporting site is our Chemical Plant and Service Center #2, Apache Junction, AZ. Work area is metro Phoenix and Tucson. Supervisor will be the plant service and plant manager at the Apache Junction facility.
