In this role, the junior associate will have the opportunity to collaborate with industry experts, enhance their professional capabilities, and engage in active transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of financial models, presentations, and pitch documents for client engagements and transactions.
- Perform industry and company analysis to aid in deal execution and business growth initiatives.
- Work alongside senior team members to evaluate financial statements, valuation metrics, and market dynamics.
- Oversee and update databases and internal systems to monitor client interactions and transaction progress.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders across departments to ensure efficient execution of transactions and projects.
- Assist in creating marketing materials and proposals for prospective clients.
- Remain informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to assist the team in offering strategic guidance to clients.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3 years of experience as an Investment Banking Analyst with a track record of involvement in live transactions.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative abilities with a strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
- Proactive mindset and readiness to embrace new challenges and responsibilities.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented setting while managing multiple priorities.
- Possession of Series 7 and 63 licenses.
