Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Labor and Delivery to join our team at Physician Affiliate Group of New York. As a key member of our Obstetrics and Gynecology department, you will be responsible for leading our labor and delivery team and ensuring the highest quality care for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical leadership and oversight to our labor and delivery team, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care.
  • Administrative Responsibilities: Chair the OB Quality Committee, track metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement to promote efficient and cost-effective patient care.
  • Call Coverage: Participate in call coverage, including in-house call and backup call, to ensure that our patients receive 24/7 care.
Qualifications
  • Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an annual base salary of $279,000, fringe benefits, and opportunities for additional compensation for extra call or sessional/per diem hours. Our benefits package includes 401(k) company contributions, annual continuing medical education (CME) reimbursement, and generous paid time off.
