Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Sunnyside. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for advising customers on selecting the right cannabis products for their needs, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting a welcoming and inclusive store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers and provide a best-in-class experience
- Build customer relationships by asking questions and listening attentively to their needs
- Assist customers in product selection through education and consultation
- Apply effective selling and cross-selling techniques to build customer loyalty
- Verify proper documentation and ID for customers
- Assist in verifying the accuracy of orders and labeling and packaging customer orders
- Perform accurate cash handling and maintain accurate records of dispensary activities
- Perform routine inventory counts and ensure product stock meets compliance regulations
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or retail
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and product-related information
- Ability to lift, carry, and balance up to 50 pounds
