Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and Document Patient Data: Gather and accurately document patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans.
  • Prioritize Patient Care: Identify patient needs and prioritize care to ensure timely and effective treatment.
  • Conduct Advanced Nursing Assessments: Observe and record diagnostic results, perform advanced nursing assessments, and develop and update care plans as needed.
  • Communicate with Healthcare Team: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and make interdisciplinary referrals as needed.
  • Administer Treatments and Educate Patients: Administer treatments and procedures, educate patients and families, and coordinate care with healthcare personnel.
  • Document Care Delivered: Accurately document all treatments and care delivered, including any variations and rationale.
  • Supervise Direct Patient Care: Delegate and supervise direct patient care by appropriate personnel, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to safety policies.
  • Participate in Quality Improvement: Integrate cost-effective measures into practice and actively participate in quality improvement processes to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 Years of RN Clinical Experience: Possess a minimum of 3 years of RN clinical experience within the last 3 years.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) License: Hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Possess an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
  • BLS from the American Heart Association: Hold BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Reliable Transportation and Valid Driver's License: Possess reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and required auto insurance.
