Early Childhood Educator

At Das Education Inc, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to lead our Pre-K & Toddler/Pre-School classrooms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that fosters the development and growth of our children.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality education and care. A self-motivated individual who is passionate about child development and learning through play and strategic educational methods will excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a safe and engaging learning environment that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Plan and implement lesson plans that align with our curriculum and meet the needs of all children
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with young children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical demands of the job
