About the Role

As a Clinical Therapist, you will provide clinical services to youth and families, utilizing evidence-based interventions and trauma-informed care to help children heal and grow. This role is part of our new Intensive Foster Care program, offering a 4-day work week for eligible candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 20 hours/week for client services, including travel, calls, meetings, and court appearances
  • Deliver intensive clinical services, including assessments, treatment and safety planning, crisis intervention, therapy, and discharge planning
  • Use evidence-based practices to support client recovery from trauma, mental illness, and substance abuse
  • Address family dysfunction, coordinate behavioral interventions for at-risk youth, and provide crisis intervention and safety planning
  • Collaborate with DCS, schools, providers, and community partners to strengthen mental health care services
  • Ensure timely documentation, compliance with licensing, and attend required meetings and training
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for 24/7 family safety needs
Qualifications
  • LCSW, LMHC, LMFT preferred
  • We will also consider candidates who are working towards their independent licensure
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, Sociology, Child & Family Studies, or a related human services field required
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children, families, or within the child welfare system preferred
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance required
