With a robust network of over 590 providers, including physicians and advanced practice professionals, we deliver care across 49 specialties at 70 different practice locations in Manatee and Sarasota counties. Our commitment to excellence ensures that we provide the highest quality healthcare to the communities we serve.
Current Opportunities:
We are actively seeking Family Medicine physicians to enhance our primary care offices located in Sarasota and North Port, FL. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of busy, collegial practices with established patient volumes, allowing for a smooth transition for new physicians.
- Practice Details:
- Flexible call schedules of 1:5 or better.
- Options for Inpatient/Outpatient or Outpatient only care.
- If choosing outpatient only, our Hospitalist group will manage inpatient admissions, ensuring no obstetrics responsibilities.
- Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, promoting a healthy work/life balance.
- Average clinic volume is approximately 18 patients per day.
- Preference will be given to candidates with an active Florida Medical license.
Benefits Overview:
- Contract includes a 2-year guaranteed base salary, with the potential to transition to a competitive pay model thereafter.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, long-term disability, 403B Retirement Plan, CME, paid holidays, and more.
- A Commencement bonus and Relocation Allowance are available.
- Four weeks of PTO in the first year, increasing to five weeks in subsequent years.
- As part of a public, State of Florida organization, physicians benefit from sovereign immunity, eliminating the need for tail insurance upon departure.
- We are a not-for-profit organization under 501(c)(3), allowing physicians to participate in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program if employed by FPG.
- Florida has no state income tax.
