Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in the Healthcare Quality department. As an LPN, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of care provided to patients in our state's healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage complaints and incident reports from healthcare facilities
  • Conduct inspections and surveys to ensure compliance with standards
  • Review and follow up on Plans of Correction (POCs) from facilities
  • Prepare and review reports of visit for accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination
Requirements
  • Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing
  • Successful completion of an approved nursing education program
  • Valid SC Driver's License
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and holidays
  • Ability to travel overnight and occasionally out of state
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least two years of related work experience
  • Surveyor Minimum Qualification Test (SMQT) certification
