The Ripon Unified School District is committed to delivering exceptional educational services and fostering a supportive learning environment for all students. Our district prioritizes smaller class sizes at all grade levels, ensuring a well-coordinated and articulated program from kindergarten through high school.
We value the strong relationships between our schools, parents, and community members, which contribute to a high level of support for our educational program. This is evident in the significant community-based financial support and donations of time and effort.
Our Schools:
Ripon Unified comprises five elementary schools, one high school, and one continuation high school. Approximately 2,288 elementary students are divided between the five elementary schools in grades TK through 8. Combined, the two high schools have approximately 1,067 students in grades 9 through 12.
Our Staff:
Certificated Staff includes over 150 teachers and itinerants providing regular classroom instruction and special services. Support Staff comprises over 200 employees, including aides, bilingual liaisons, secretaries, custodians, yard duties, and more. Our leadership team consists of 18 administrators, working together to maintain a strong sense of community and a shared goal of supporting our students.
Job Summary:
This is a pool for potential vacancies in Special Education. We seek applicants who are proficient in delivering specialized academic instruction to students with identified special needs in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs); competent in conducting assessments to identify areas of need related to academic performance at school.
