Preferred qualifications:
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in the mortgage industry.
  • Experience leading development teams for platform modernization programs.
  • Experience leading development teams in mortgage, core banking platform, or highly regulated environments.
  • Experience managing vendors and vendor-led application development programs.
  • 4+ years of people leadership experience.
