Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee planning studies, development applications, and evaluate consultant proposals.
  • Review and process intricate comprehensive plan amendments, rezonings, annexations, site plans, and plats.
  • Prepare planning documentation and manage regulatory permitting/applications.
  • Assist or lead project management tasks, ensuring coordination with all internal and external disciplines.
  • Create presentations in graphic formats that distill complex project information into accessible formats.
  • Represent the firm at meetings, presentations, and various organizational activities.
