Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Technologist to join our team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett Colby Campus. As a Catheterization Laboratory Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our cardiovascular services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures, including cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, and stent placements.
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines.
  • Develop and implement patient education programs to promote healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce complications.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in cardiovascular technology or a related field.
  • ARRT and RCIS certifications required; BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
