The Day Habilitation Program Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our day habilitation programs. This position requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safeguarding the health, safety, and well-being of program participants;
  • Developing and implementing program schedules and itineraries;
  • Coordinating transportation and logistics for program activities;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports;
  • Providing guidance and supervision to Habilitation Specialists;
  • Fostering positive relationships with families and community partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field;
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and assist individuals with mobility impairments.
