Marketing Strategy Lead

Marketing Director at All American Detox Center:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth for our rehabilitation center. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, attract new clients, and engage with our target audience.
- Develop and Execute Comprehensive Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services and increase admissions.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to identify target audiences and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Manage Digital Marketing Channels: Manage digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Create Marketing Collateral: Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Analyze Marketing Data: Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts are effective and innovative.
- Build Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Assist Staff: Assist staff to create and manage outreach efforts at special events, convention shows, and other educational meetings.
- Maintain Website Information: Maintain up-to-date website information.
- Attend Classes and Workshops: Attend classes, workshops, and meetings to keep up with current trends and opportunities in the addiction treatment industry.
- Represent the Facility: Represent the facility in various professional organizations and external or internal committees.
- Budget Development: Assist with budget development for marketing and outreach programs.
- Effective Communication: Communicate effectively to diverse audiences and seek creative methods for reaching all potential populations affected by addiction.
- Leadership Skills: Exhibit leadership, initiative, and creativity in execution of individual projects and building partnerships with team members, external contacts, and internal departments.
- Attendance and Punctuality: Display an ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance and consistent ability to meet deadlines.
- Professional Appearance: Professional appearance is required for interaction with the public and other personnel.
- Flexibility: Ability to work some nights or weekends for special events and speaking engagements.
- Travel Requirements: Drive to other facilities, meetings, and special events as needed.
Required Qualifications:
We prefer a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing/sales, and at least 2 years working in outpatient or residential substance abuse treatment field. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
