Medical Operations Manager for Ambulatory Care

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Medical Operations Manager to join our team at CAIPA MSO LLC. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage daily operations of medical practices and personnel, ensuring a professional workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage daily operations of medical practices and personnel, maintaining a professional workplace environment
  • Supervise and lead office staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments to optimize client satisfaction and facility efficiency
  • Create and update patients' electronic health records accurately and efficiently
  • Record and update personal and financial information in a confidential and secure manner
  • Order and manage medical and office supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Design and implement office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Oversee and manage all paperwork for patient care, medical compliance, and reporting purposes
  • Assist with population management initiatives and collaborate with the Clinical Documentation Improvement team and Billing team
  • Ensure positive collaboration between doctors, medical, and office staff to achieve shared goals
  • Supervise cleaning staff and coordinate maintenance activities as needed
  • Orient, train, and mentor medical practice personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Arrange informational materials for patients to ensure informed decision-making
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare laws, rules, and regulations, maintaining total confidentiality of personal and financial data

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated poise, tact, diplomacy, and good judgement in a fast-paced environment
  • Detailed oriented and excellent organizational abilities, with strong written and oral communication skills
  • Able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of organization, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a dynamic environment, with technology competency and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior working experience as a Medical Office Manager, with fluent language skills in Chinese and a relevant degree in Healthcare Administration or Business
  • In-depth knowledge of medical procedures, operations, and terminology, with excellent organizational and time-management skills
