Job OverviewAs a Floor Maintenance Specialist at Three Pillars Senior Living Communities, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our campus. Your primary responsibilities will include vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning carpets in high-traffic areas, as well as cleaning carpeted areas in resident rooms and public spaces as directed or scheduled. You will also be responsible for scrubbing areas according to a schedule of duties for all areas of the campus. Additionally, you will assist with the pickup and delivery of clean linens. RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have the ability to read product labels and follow directions. Experience in a hotel or healthcare environment is preferred.
