* Build strong relationships with residents and their families, providing personalized care and support
* Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Participate in the development of individualized care plans, ensuring the unique needs of each resident are met
* Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
* Respond to the needs of residents and guests, providing exceptional customer service and hospitality

Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications in senior care preferred
* 1+ year of experience in a senior care setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks
* Commitment to serving seniors with dignity and respect
