At Physician Empire, we are seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to lead our new Cardiac Electrophysiology program in the vibrant city of Northwest Arkansas. About the OpportunityWe are proud to offer a unique chance for a talented physician to build and shape our Cardiac EP program from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cardiac Electrophysiology, with excellent clinical and leadership skills. A proven track record of success in building and managing teams, as well as experience in developing and implementing programs, is essential for this role.

Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary package, estimated at $400,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits program that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement plan. Requirements- Degree: MD/DO
- Certification: Board certification in Cardiology or related field
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Cardiac Electrophysiology, preferably in a leadership role
