Job Summary

We are seeking a Hospice Aide to join our team. As a Hospice Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, supporting their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each patient receives the best possible care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring
  • Support patients with their emotional and spiritual needs, providing comfort and companionship
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
  • 6 months of patient care experience in hospice, home health, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care
