About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at Providence Health & Service. As a key member of our Diagnostic Imaging department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic and therapeutic radionuclide-based procedures and related activities for patients, adhering to department and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, cardiologists, and other physicians to ensure accurate and effective patient care.
  • Participate in quality control and organizational improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and department efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and medical staff, ensuring a positive and respectful experience.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a program in nuclear medicine technology approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education & Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • National Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board or National Registered Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology or California Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification or National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a hospital-based nuclear medicine technologist.
