Nurse Specialist in Emergency Medicine

The Hospitals of Providence is seeking a dedicated Nurse Specialist to join their team in El Paso, Texas.
Job OverviewThis role provides direct clinical patient care, with a focus on emergency medicine. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing effective care plans for patients on a per shift basis. Additionally, they will supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care to assigned patients.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of other nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care activities.
The salary for this role is estimated at $60-$80 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
- Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus available based on experience.
