Overview

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in our assisted living neighborhood. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, addressing their medical and emotional needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide general nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Assess and respond to resident needs, collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and develop strategies for improvement.
Requirements
  • Current State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
  • Current or eligible for certification in CPR.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
