HVAC Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment to ensure a safe and comfortable working environment for our associates and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Utilize commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills to complete jobs
- Operate hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete tasks
- Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues
- Complete all required training requirements to operate equipment and tools safely
Requirements:
- Vocational or Technical HVAC/R certification and 2 years experience in mechanical maintenance or construction-related field for commercial HVAC/R and building controls
- Type I/Type II Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification for Refrigerant handling
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and move up and down ladders frequently
