Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Telemetry Resource Specialist to join our team at Novant Health. As a key member of our telemetry monitoring team, you will be responsible for performing department procedures, observing cardiac monitors, and interpreting cardiac rhythms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all department procedures and observe cardiac monitors to identify and interpret cardiac rhythms.
  • Communicate information regarding cardiac rhythms to the healthcare team and assist in ensuring accountability of staff and services.
  • Collaborate with the Manager and Supervisor, EKG/Telemetry to ensure high-quality patient care and services.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest cardiac rhythm interpretation techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one year of cardiac rhythm interpretation experience required.
  • MUSE experience within three months of employment required.
  • EKG, Signal Average experience, and Care Link experience preferred.
