Job Overview

Axes Physical Therapy is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and experiences. We are seeking a skilled Clinical Technician (Aide) to join our Washington Clinic team.

This part-time position offers flexible hours, making it an ideal opportunity for students pursuing a medical-related field. As a Clinical Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining clinic appearance and upkeep under the direction of the Clinical Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve clinic appearance through regular completion of job duties, such as cleaning tables, equipment, and supplies.
  • Enhance patient and client experience through exceptional customer service.
  • Facilitate and assist with patient interaction as directed by supervising PTs.
  • Support front office staff with answering phones, greeting patients, and scheduling appointments.
  • Assist PTs with digital technology and EMR to improve clinic upkeep.

Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Documented history of working with people in a service industry (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as a team member and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated high level of initiative and reliability.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Some college experience in a related healthcare field (preferred).
  • Prior experience working in a physical therapy setting (preferred).
  • CPR certification (preferred).
  • Ability to move continuously throughout the day, including standing, walking, stooping, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs frequently.
