Position Overview
The Physician Leader (Pod Leader) will be responsible for patient care alongside their Medical Assistant, who operates the company vehicle. Additionally, this role involves expanding a Medical Group office through the management of Advanced Practice Providers. Our practice operates Monday through Friday, ensuring no weekend commitments, fostering a culture that values work-life balance while offering a competitive compensation and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
The Physician Team Leader (POD Leader) serves as a mentor and resource, significantly influencing the clinical performance of the team. This leader will work collaboratively with advanced practice providers to foster a cohesive and effective team environment.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in Geriatrics or managing complex patient cases
- Possession of an active and unrestricted medical license and DEA registration
- Board Certified or Board Eligible status
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
