Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage appointment check-ins, book new appointments, and provide proper discharge information for various services.
  • Understand, communicate, and prioritize scheduled appointments, client education, and lobby triage to ensure an efficient schedule and daily workflow.
  • Greet and welcome clients, check patients in, notify clients of delays, and care for clients during their wait.
